Halal food certificate
We have the Halal Guarantee Certificate for products that comply with the regulations for the use of the Halal 300/1.1/MU/14/1 guarantee mark.
Currently we supply a large market at national and international level, paying special attention to the export of our HALAL meat products to Muslim countries in the Mediterranean Basin.
Control and rigor
The slaughter of the animals is carried out according to Muslim law, with the daily supervision of a technician from the Halal Institute of Córdoba.
Halal Consulting Certification
It is a statement issued by Halal Consulting (H.C), indicating that the product is Halal and suitable for Muslim consumption anywhere in the world, and based on an audit and inspection process.
Halal Consulting is the only official agent recognized by the United Arab Emirates and Qatar to issue Halal certificates in Spain.
Halal Institute Certification
Document issued by the Halal Institute that certifies that El Moreno’s products comply with what is established by Islamic Law (Sharia) for their consumption.
The Institute’s certification process guarantees complete traceability of the food chain, from farm to plate. Not only does it cover the verification of ingredients, it also includes that of the production process, hygiene, handling, packaging materials, storage, transportation and distribution.
